Northwind Fans is a family-owned and operated business based in Houston, Texas — and a proud division of North CNC; a commercial parts cutting company that has been serving clients across the globe since 2017.
Northwind started the way most good ideas do — out of frustration. We needed an HVLS fan for our own facility, and every big-name brand wanted a small fortune for it. So we went looking for another way. After sourcing directly from trusted and experienced manufacturers and re-designing components to fit the industry's needs, we put our fans through extensive real-world testing. We founded Northwind with a simple idea: the same industrial-grade HVLS technology used in massive distribution centers and arenas shouldn't be out of reach for the average facility owner.
We started by asking why a fan that costs a fraction of the big-brand price couldn't perform just as well. Turns out, it can — and we built Northwind to prove it.
